The answer is yes. Clients need to supply the fittings and fixtures for the renovation. This basically includes everything after plaster, so your tapware, tiles, toilets, bath tubs and anything else that is going into your new renovation space.

We love to assist our clients with the fittings and fixtures. We have trade accounts at multiple suppliers where we can send clients to purchase all of their items. We can also measure up how many tiles you need and double check all of your fittings prior to purchase to ensure you have not missed anything.

Bathroom renovations usually take between 4-6weeks for single room renovations. If more than one room is being renovated at once this can lengthen the process.

We have 3 options in this scenario and we have had clients do both.

Option 1- Move out for the duration of the project

Option 2- Use a family or friends bathroom or local gym

Option 3- We can arrange a portable ensuite to sit on-site for the duration of the project for an additional cost.

Built By JT will take all the the construction waste from start to finish of the project. There will be nothing left at your property.

We Fix it. Plain and simple. You have the peace of mind that we are registered builders. We supply compliance certificates for all, plumbing, electrical and waterproofing works. You also get DBI insurance which is a requirement for any project valued over $16,000.
